Our colleagues Pratidhwani Biswal, Michél Hauer and Lukas Möhrke presented current research findings on innovative coating systems and their applications in various environments.

• Michél Hauer delivered a talk on novel amorphous and partially amorphous HVOF-sprayed coating systems for use in cryogenic environments.
  
• Pratidhwani Biswal presented her poster on "Thermally Sprayed Coatings for Soilless Cultivation" and further impressed the audience with a five-minute short talk.

A particular highlight: Pratidhwani Biswal was awarded the Best Poster Award (1st place).
Her presentation won the audience vote, winning out over ten other contributions. We warmly congratulate her on this special achievement!
